Our teams
The teams were randomly selected and the validity of the selection process is backed up by video. If anyone wants to see the vid, let me know. Below are our teams. The trash talking may commence immediately.
The three other teams are entering a world of pain. I can only advise you to start trying to convince yourselves that it is only a friendly contest, and It doesn't matter who wins or loses. If you step onto wilson on that Sunday hoping to win, you will be let down, and likely spiral into depression and self-doubt.
Buckets/Reverend- Bux can throw. And a co-champion at July 4th preseason throwing. Reverend is a question mark for me, perhaps the successful dark horse?
Borne/Trinitron- Something tells me Borne will prevail in the mental challenge. Trini is the sneaky pick at BP.
GE/Pri- GE has spent some time in the collegiate throwing trenches; expect a good showing. Who can forget Pri's back-to-back ringers on Independence day?
Flyntrok/Hans Blix- Very competitive pair here. Flynt did well against Pri in an exhibition Trivia match, answering correctly the name of the LPGA's most successful women's golfer in the 90's for the win. The other teams need to watch for Hans' hot streak; he's deadly.
